Studio 36 carries out the design of interventions aimed at reducing the energy consumption of public and private buildings.
All the planned interventions aim to improve the behavior of the building envelopes and to increase the performance of the system system.
Over the last few months, Studio 36 has launched numerous energy efficiency interventions by taking advantage of the 110% super bonus tax relief introduced by Law 77/2020 and subsequent amendments.
1.
Acquisition of documents concerning the building and the plant in its conformation Ante Operam.

Execution of a survey of the entire building/building by means of 3D laser scanner instrumentation.

Acquisition of parameters such as "transmittance" before intervention by means of point measurements conducted with a professional "thermoflowmeter" in accordance with ISO 9869. The instrument allows you to calculate the thermal CONDUCTANCE of the wall.

Execution of thermographic investigations aimed at identifying the "deficits" of the building envelope, all investigations are carried out in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9712 standard, Ing. Rossi is qualified with LIV.2 (industrial/civil plants and artistic heritage sector) matriculation N. DTC-CND-A00015-21.

Conduct of precise measurements of indoor temperature and humidity by means of "trigger point" temperature and relative humidity measuring stations (measurements are repeated at defined time intervals).

Loading of the point cloud into 3D/BIM building design software and reconstruction of the energy model before construction of the building (parameters such as transmittance and conductance are compared according to the UNI EN ISO 6946/2008 standard).

Extrapolation of thermal loads of the product;

Design of the interventions for the "improvement" of the starting energy class, calculation of the power to be installed with an estimate of the cost of the intervention (generally, different simulations and scenarios are proposed to the customer with increasing costs depending on the degree of "improvement" expected).

Design of system diagrams and sizing of the DHW (domestic hot water) supply and distribution network.
Studio 36 pursues all the most effective technologies to reduce carbon emissions into the atmosphere by promoting a responsible and ethical approach.
