Studio36 dell’Ing. Matteo Rossi does not normally share the data collected through its website with anyone.

Normally, the data retention times are:

  • Statistics record for one year

The Data Controller processes Users’ Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. 3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
  • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:
  • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  • to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.”

7. Changes to this privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to Users on this page. Please consult this page often, taking as a reference the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. In the event of non-acceptance of the changes made to the privacy policy – without prejudice, however, to the right for the User to deny consent to some data processing methods that may be indicated therein -, the User is required to cease using the site to which this privacy policy refers and may request the Data Controller to remove his/her Personal Data. In this case, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected up to that point.
