One of the main services offered by Studio 36 is the energy diagnosis and the design of energy efficiency interventions, which can be carried out on both new and existing buildings. In addition, the company also provides the technical report pursuant to Law no. 10/1991 required for the design of new buildings and energy redevelopment and renovation interventions of the first and second level, as well as the Energy Performance Certificate (APE), mandatory for the rental (rent) and sale of real estate.
To carry out the design of energy efficiency interventions, Studio36 uses a methodology that is divided into several phases. Initially, an expert from the team acquires all the documentation relating to the building and the plant in its pre-construction conformation. Subsequently, he carries out a survey of the entire building/building by means of 3D laser scanner instrumentation, acquiring the parameters such as “transmittance” before the intervention by means of point measurements conducted with a professional “thermoflowmeter” in accordance with ISO 9869.
After having carried out thermographic investigations aimed at identifying the “deficits” of the building envelope in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9712 standard, Studio36 conducts punctual measurements of indoor temperature and humidity by means of “Trigger point” temperature and relative humidity measuring stations, repeated at well-defined time intervals. Subsequently, the company uploads the point cloud into 3D/BIM building design software and reconstructs the ante operam energy model of the building, comparing parameters such as transmittance and conductance according to the UNI EN ISO 6946/2008 standard.

The original idea was to give a name and an identity to this space, creating a welcoming and stimulating professional environment for all clients and collaborators who would choose to rely on this studio.
The path of growth is constant: these are intense and rewarding years for Studio36, which sees its clientele, collaborators and consultants grow. For this reason, in January 2022, it was decided to move the operational headquarters to spacious, modern, comfortable and welcoming premises.
The entire structure is designed to be full electric, air-conditioned by means of an air-to-air heat pump and remotely controlled with home automation equipment. Studio36 is today a place where technological innovation and the professionalism of engineers meet, an environment where creativity and experience come together to offer customers cutting-edge solutions in different fields of engineering.
