Studio 36 was founded in 2017 in a small restaurant located in the historic center of the city of Rieti, located at number 36 of Via Pellicceria. The original idea was to give a “name” and an “identity” to a place that was conceived as a “container” within which different figures, specializations and experiences could converge.
The original setting undergoes changes and additions over time, the firm’s orders increase, finding an ever-increasing number of customers. At the end of 2018, the owners of the premises “hastily” regained possession of the structure in Via Pellicceria, so in 2019 the studio moved to the “Porta Romana” district in Via Salaria for Roma civ. 4 The new premises are small, but more modern and brighter than the previous professional studio.
However, Ing. Rossi does not abandon the original idea and so STUDIO 36 moves!
The years 2019, 2020 and 2021 are intense and rewarding years that allow the firm to increase its clients, collaborators and consultants. Atthe end of 2021, the number of employees rose to four engineers, each with different specializations and attitudes, for reasons of space, in January 2022 the owner moved the operational headquarters to via Angelo Sacchetti Sassetti civ. 36.
The premises of the new studio are spacious, very modern, comfortable and welcoming. Ing. Rossi designed the new headquarters making it completely electric, air-conditioned by means of an air-to-air heat pump and remotely controlled with demotic equipment.
The new STUDIO 36 headquarters is entirely self-powered by means of a 9 kW photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the structure.
